Pat Lynch, Director, is a retired tax specialist and was previously Vice President of Taxation at Veresen Energy Inc. a large multinational energy infrastructure company.  ​

Duncan McBean

DIRECTOR

Duncan McBean, Director, is a Professional Geologist with 35 years experience operating and managing mining exploration projects from discovery to feasibility and into production. His experience includes orogenic gold deposits, diamondiferous kimberlite exploration, and lithium exploration.

Scott Kellaway

DIRECTOR

Scott Kellaway, Director, is currently the President and CEO of Family Memorials Inc. and has extensive experience in business management and raising capital for publicly traded companies.​

Jean Sharp

CFO/CORPORATE SECRETARY

Jean Sharp, CFO and Corporate Secretary, has 35 years of experience as a controller and financial accountant with various public and private companies. She studied financial accounting at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and business administration at the University of New Brunswick.
